What can I do with ripe vegetables?
2 eggplants. 2 potatoes. 2 onions. Cooking oil. Salt. Black pepper. 1 ½ cups of rice. 250 g of beef cubes.
1. Slice the eggplant into big slices.
2. Fry the eggplant in a frying pan until golden.
3. Fry the beef cubes in some oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Keep stirring till the beef is completely cooked.
5. Put the beef at the bottom of the pot, then, layer the eggplant slices, onions, potato discs and rice respectively. Submerge in water.
6. Cook for 25 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
7. Serve!
