Fish Kafta

What can I do with leftover fried fish?


2 mashed potatoes. 1 eggs. 1 cup of breadcrumbs. 2 garlic cloves. ½ cup of chopped parsley. 2 fried fish. Oil. Salt. black pepper.


1. In a big bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, parsley, garlic and fried fish.
2. While you are mixing, mash the fish well so there aren’t any more big pieces.
3. Add the beaten egg and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the breadcrumbs.
5. Mix well to combine.
6. Roll into small balls and then flatten each ball slightly.
7. Heat up some oil in a frying pan and fry the flattened balls on both sides until golden.
8. Garnish with parsley
9. Serve!

Preparation Time : Less than 10 Minutes

Cooking Time : 10 - 20 Minutes

Servings : 3-6 Persons
