What can I do with old dates?
2 cups of oats. ½ cup of flour. ½ pack of date paste. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon of baking powder. 1 teaspoon of baking soda. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Pinch of salt. ¼ cup of honey. 1 cup of milk.
1. In a blender, mix the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, baking soda, salt, honey, date paste, milk, flour and egg.
2. Blend well.
3. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture onto a hot greased pan.
4. Cook till bubbles appear on the top and edges start to dry, and then flip onto the other side.
5. Stack the pancakes up on a plate and drizzle some honey.
6. Serve with strawberries.
