Creamy Vegetable Soup

What can I do with ripe vegetables?

Ingredients

1. 1 cup of chopped celery. 2. 1 cup of carrots, cut into small cubes. 3. 1 cup of chopped onions. 4. 1 cup of chopped potatoes. 5. 1 cup of corn. 6. 1 cup of chopped parsley. 7. 2 tablespoons of President Unsalted Butter. 8. 1 cup of President Half Cream. 9. 2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. 10. 2 teaspoons of salt. 11. 1 teaspoon of white pepper. 12. 2 cups of milk. 13. ¼ cup of flour.

Method

1. Melt the butter in a pot on the stove.
2. Add the onion, corn, carrot, potato, celery and parsley.
3. Keep stirring until the vegetables are soft, then add the flour and mix well.
4. Place the beef and vegetable mixture in an oven tray.
5. Mix the tomato paste with water and pour it on the beef and vegetables.
6. Drizzle some olive oil.
7. Bake In the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
8. Serve warm.
