What can I do with leftover ripe banana?
1. 250 g of dark chocolate. 2. 250 g of butter. 3. 2 cups of sugar. 4. 5 eggs. 5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. 6. ⅓ Cup of flour. 7. ½ teaspoon of baking powder. 8. 50 g of chopped dark chocolate. 9. ½ Cup of icing sugar. 10. ⅔ Cup cocoa powder.
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Melt 250 g of chocolate in a bain-marie and add the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Pour the melted chocolate into a big bowl.
Add sugar and whisk.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and the vanilla, then add them to the melted chocolate and whisk thoroughly.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix.
Sift in the cocoa powder and mix.
Add the chopped chocolate, and mix well.
Peel the bananas and cut them in to small circles.
Pour half of the mixture into an oven pan, top with 1 layer of banana discs then pour the rest of the mixture on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve!
