What can I do with leftover fried potato?
2 tablespoons of butter. 2 cups of pulled chicken. 2 cups of fried potatoes. 1½ cups of chicken stock. Salt. ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. 2 cloves of garlic. 2 tablespoons of flour.
1. Melt the butter over medium heat then add the garlic and chicken, and stir.
2. Add the flour and the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
3. Add the fried potatoes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Serve with rice.
6. Add the eggs mix over the vegetables and top it with cheddar cheese
7. Serve with rice.
