Fruit Tart

What can I do with ripe fruits?


1 ½ cup of oats. 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts. 5 tablespoons of melted butter. ¼ cup of honey. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder. 2 cups of yogurt. Mixed fruit of choice.


  1. Preheat oven to 160°c.

  2. In a big bowl mix the crushed walnuts with vanilla, cinnamon, honey, oats and melted butter until combined.

  3. Grease the tart pan.

  4. Add the mixture to the pan and flatten it with a spoon.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Add the yogurt on the crust.

  7. Add the yogurt on the crust.

  8. Serve!
