What can I do with ripe fruits?
1 ½ cup of oats. 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts. 5 tablespoons of melted butter. ¼ cup of honey. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder. 2 cups of yogurt. Mixed fruit of choice.
Preheat oven to 160°c.
In a big bowl mix the crushed walnuts with vanilla, cinnamon, honey, oats and melted butter until combined.
Grease the tart pan.
Add the mixture to the pan and flatten it with a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Add the yogurt on the crust.
