What can I do with leftover minced meat?


½ kg minced meat. 4 onions. 2 cups of oil. 1 teaspoon of salt. ½ teaspoon of black pepper. ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder. 2 cups of water. 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses. ¼ cup of pine nuts. Flour. Vegetable oil. Rice.


1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, cinnamon and black pepper until combined.
2. Roll the meat into small balls and sprinkle them with flour.
3. In a pan heat up the oil and fry the onions until soft, then add the pine nuts.
4. Add the meat balls and stir until the meat is cooked.
5. Mix the tomato paste and the water, then pour them into pan.
6. Let simmer.
7. Add the pomegranate molasses.
8. Stir until it boils.
9. Serve with rice
