What can I do with leftover boiled chicken?
½ cup of chicken stock. 1 cup of rice. ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese. 1 can of mushroom soup. 1 can of mushroom soup. 1 tablespoon of green onion. ¼ cup of shredded carrots. 1 cup of water. Chicken.
1. Place the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the chicken broth, and stir in the mushroom soup, water, carrots, green onion and cheese.
4. When it boils, stir in the rice and cover, then let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve!
