What can I do with a leftover croissant?
6 croissants. 2⅔ cups of whipping cream. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. 1 cup of sugar. 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
1. Preheat oven to 180°c.
2. In a large bowl, mix the whipping cream, cinnamon powder, sugar and vanilla.
3. Cut the croissants into small pieces and place them in an oven tray.
4. Pour the milk mixture on the pieces of croissant.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
7. Serve!
