What can I do with ripe mushrooms?
Pack of pasta. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 2 cups of parmesan cheese. 2 cups of heavy cream or cooking cream. 100 g of butter. 2 cups of mushrooms.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Drain the pasta.
Put the butter in a pot over low heat.
Fry the mushrooms until brown, then add the cooking cream and bring to a boil then set aside.
Add the Parmesan cheese gradually and stir well.
To serve, pour some pasta on a plate and top with Alfredo sauce, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
