Labneh is strained yogurt (Middle Eastern cheese).
2 cups of leftover yogurt 1 tablespoon of dried oregano Olive oil
Set the yogurt inside a cheesecloth-lined strainer
Place the strainer in the fridge for 7 hours
In the serving dish, put the Labneh and sprinkle he oregano and olive oil overtop
