What can I do with wilted spinach?

Ingredients

Wilted spinach leaves 300 grams dough ½ cup of flour ½ cup of chopped onion Olive oil 2 tablespoons of lemon juice Spices: 1 tablespoon of sumac and salt

Method

  1. To wash the spinach, soak inside the water for several minutes, and then drain the leaves. Chop the spinach

  2. Boil the spinach in the water on the stove until it begins to steam

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion until it begins to brown. Add the cooked spinach, lemon juice and spices to the mixture

  4. Start to make the pies and stuff them, as shown in the video

  5. Bake the pies in the oven over 204̊ for 25 minutes, until golden brown
