What can I do with leftover custard ?
2 bowl of leftover custard 1 teaspoon of salt 1/3 cup of heavy cream 1 teaspoon of sugar 100 grams dark chocolate 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of honey ½ cup of water ½ cup of flour 5 tablespoons of butter
In a pan, boil the water and add the butter
In a bowl, add the flour with sugar and salt
Pour the water and butter mixture over the flour and stir well, until it forms a smooth dough, and set aside to cool
Add the above in the dough mixer then add the eggs to pastry dough gradually
Transfer the dough into the piping bag and squeeze dough down
Cover baking tray with greaseproof paper, then bake the pastry dough into center of the oven on 204̊ for 15 minutes. Then decrease the heat of the oven to 180̊ and bake for 10 minutes
Make the chocolate sauce, and stuff the éclair with custard
You may decorate the eclairs with berries and dust powdered sugar
