What can I do with leftover cooked pasta?


250 leftover-cooked pasta 75 grams of thinly sliced sweet pepper 20 grams of cherry tomatoes ½ cup of canned corn 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 50 grams of shredded cheddar cheese Olive oil 1 tablespoon of mustard 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise Salt & pepper


  1. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the sweet pepper, tomato and corn.

  2. Add to the above the mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and blend it well together.

  3. In the serving bowl, you may top the salad with the shredded cheddar cheese.
