Kibbeh is a dish made of bulgur (cracked wheat), minced onions, and finely ground lean beef, with Middle Eastern spices.
300 grams of leftover poached chicken ½ cup of chopped onions 1 cup of mashed potato 1 ½ cup of fine bulgur (cracked wheat) ½ cup of mozzarella cheese 1 cup of water 2 tablespoons of oil 50 grams of walnuts Spices: paprika powder, salt, pepper, cumin powder, garlic and onion powder
For Stuffing:
Cut chicken to small cubes
Place the pan on the burner, and add oil to sweat the onions until they begin to brown. Then add pepper, garlic and onion powder
Add the chicken cubes, mozzarella and walnut to the stuffing mix
For Kibbeh Mix:
In a large bowl, mix the fine bulgur with water, mashed potato, salt, cumin and paprika, and mix well
Make the Kibbeh and add the stuffing, as shown in the video
Deep fry the Kibbeh balls, and cook to crispy and brown, on a medium heat for 10 minutes
