Fattat in Arabic refers to any food that consists of different food mixtures.
Leftover fried Kofta fingers 1 large peeled, chopped tomato Cilantro 1 chopped onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of oil Olive oil 1 ½ cup of toasted/fried breads 1 ½ cup of yogurt Spices: salt, cumin & cinnamon powder and dried mint
In a pan, heat the oil. Prepare the tomato mix by adding the chopped onion, garlic, tomato, tomato paste and spices
Prepare the yogurt sauce, by adding garlic and dried mint to the sauce
In the serving tray, add the toasted bread first, then top it with the tomato mix and the yogurt sauce
Place the Kofta fingers on top of the sauce, and then overtop it with little olive oil. You may decorate it with fresh cilantro leaves
