Kafta is made of minced/ground beef
200 grams leftover kafta balls 1 large onion-chopped 200 grams of cut potatoes 100 grams of cut carrots ½ cup of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of corn flour 3 tablespoons of oil 2 cups of water Spices: salt, pepper and paprika powder
Place the pan on the burner over a medium heat and add oil to sweat the onions until they begin to brown
Add all spices to the mixture above, and then add the potatoes and carrots with the tomato paste and two cups of water
Add corn flour to thicken the mixture, and then blend it very well
Add the Kafta balls to the stew on an average heat for 20 minutes
