What can I do with leftover cooked rice?
½ cup of leftover cooked white rice½ cup of leftover cooked white rice 1 liter liquid milk 1 cup of sugar ¼ cup of dried berries 2 tablespoons of corn flour 1 tablespoon of Blossom Water 2 green cardamom pods 1 cinnamon stick
Over medium heat, pour the milk in a saucepan. Heat until hot but not boiling. Then add corn flour to thicken the mixture
Add the sugar, cinnamon stick, cardamoms to the warm milk and stir the mixture continuously
Add the cooked rice and blossom water. Leave the mixture on flame, until it becomes a little thick
Place the mixture in the serving bowls, and top it with dried berries. Put it in the fridge (best served cold)
